Today, I went to iceskating practice and skated for an hour and a half. It was great. Then I was in a happy mood so I decided to go to this bookstore that I havent been to in a while. It is downtown, which requires you feed the ever-hungry meter. So I got my quarter out and then proceeded to walk to the store. HahA, realizing my failure, I went back and plugged the meter. Then I saunter over to the store, only to read the "sorry, we're closed" sign. DRAT! I sulk back to the car, and then decide, "Hey, I'm downtown, lets see if anything else interesting is open!" So then I look down the street and... *super hero music*......... I see a store I kinda like. It says "CLOSING SALE!!" *YeS!!!* So I trot over, only to read the sign and find out they dont open till noon...............its only 9:45. DANG! FOILED AGAIN!!! So I went home.
Watched Lizzie Maguire and Phil of The Future.did ma chores. Mom resuced my friend's dart gun dart from a vent in the living room and found a dead mouse...... a long time dead mouse........... blegh.Downloaded screensavers, talked to warluck, ate peanutbutter&jelly, started to go through my graduation anouncements. I spent around an hour or so figuring out what size and style font I wanted to use. Which reminds me, I installed some really pretty fonts earlier. Ones like "Fairytale" and "Brooklyn Kid" and "Blood of Dracula." ANYWAY.......... Then I was going to go shoppaming, but my mom didnt want to go. So I called the one girlfriend of the three I have that didnt work tonight, to find out she does work tonight. :P so I got *conned* into going to a suprise bday party at 7:30, and a friend from NJ is in town, so..........
i went to go shoppaming. with my mom. yeah. So we went to office dee-pot, and got some graphamapaper. then we went to the mall to see if the Dance Shop was there, and it wasnt. so we went to another place, and it was closed. then we went to this other store, and they were having a closing 75%off sale. NOTHING FIT! meh. One thing did. but I couldnt get it, because I didnt bring any money, and mom wouldnt get it for me. I was looking for a black leotard for the IceShow on April 29, but none fit right. The thing I liked was pleather-ish, and skin tight, but then again, what in a dance shop isnt? It had a skirt, so cool. Eh, oh well. Maybe I can go back on Monday, if they're still open. Then we went to Kinko's and got some cardstock for my anouncements, and the guy was cute but clueless. He had no clue what we were asking for.
So now I am home, and I got the gatorade that i wanted. Its in the cool fingergrip bottle, and when i was drinking, and there wasnt much left, i looked down at it, and it looked like a blue Spiderman abdomen, with really ripped abs. haha, so anyway........... touch base later..... when I get home maybe
all in all it has been a pretty good day
